Territory: The valley of Rofelle, a few kilometres from the springs of the Marecchia river, lies on the course of the iron age Villanovian line, later a Roman road, which connects Rimini to the Tyrrhenian Sea. The peak of Monte Loggio dominates the valley which has a centuries old agricultural tradition.
Characteristics: The artisanal craftsmanship and ancient country traditions of Rofelle in the Marecchia valley give this product a rich taste with a velvety consistency and unique and health giving characteristics.
Ingredients: Fruit, sugar, lemon juice and pectins as natural gelling agents.
Recommended matches: Delicious on a piece of biscuit or a slice of black bread with a layer of butter or ricotta. Ideal too as an ingredient in puddings, fruit tarts, sponges, cheesecakes or sorbets.
