Today the area falls under the appellation of Emilia-Romagna in Italy — a region rich in in history and a long-standing culinary tradition. The vinegar cellar in Castelnuovo Rangone has been producing their exclusive Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP using traditional methods handed down from generation-to-generation.
Flavour Profile: Crisp, bright, intense brown colour and strong flavour with smooth acidity and unmistakably distinct aromas.
Ingredients: Wine vinegar, cooked must, sulphites.
Aging: Aged in oak barrels.
Acidity: 6% min.
